SHIPPING

Rizo Radiance offers standard shipping on all orders less than $50 before taxes and complimentary shipping for all orders of $50 or more before taxes and shipping. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Once an order has been processed and shipped, no cancellations are possible. If you wish to add to your order, it will be considered a separate order and may incur additional shipping charges

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If your package is damaged or your order is incorrect, we may require photographic evidence to help document the issue and process a replacement. These requests must be received within 7 days of package delivery date.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Promotions and coupon codes are valid for a limited time. Rizo Radiance reserves the right to cancel, suspend or decline promotions at our discretion. Coupon codes cannot be combined and only one code is allowed per transaction. Limited time promotions may have terms that fall outside of these stated terms.
